MEASURE SNUGLY
around the base of your dog's neck. Choose the correct size from the charts below according to your dogs neck measurement.
Please note if your dog say has a 10 1/2" neck, you will need to choose the next size larger which in this case according the chart below - would be an XS for 11-12" neck.
3/8" wide collars:
Fits up to a 9" neck
1/2" - 5/8" wide collars:

Cleaning the crystals:
Do not use liquid cleansers, they contain amonia and can damage the crystals.
Use a baby toothbrush and a very mild soap to clean the crystals then dry with a soft cloth.
